Privacy Notice

Wired4Biz, LLC operates unkept.

Unkept is intended for people located in the United States.

It is not intended for anyone under 18.

• Account and sign-in information, including your email address and information from your authentication provider.
• Ownership-record data you add, including item details, purchase information, serial numbers, notes, history, links, and documents.
• Uploaded files such as receipts, labels, manuals, and photos.
• Payment and subscription information processed by Stripe. Unkept does not store full payment-card numbers.
• Basic technical and security information needed to operate and protect the service.

Please don't upload government IDs, passports, medical records, payment-card data, or other highly sensitive personal information. Unkept isn't designed to hold that kind of material.

• Operate and secure the service.
• Provide item capture, optional AI extraction, enrichment, documents, history, and exports.
• Process payments and subscriptions.
• Provide support, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information and do not use it for targeted advertising.

• AI and web enrichment are optional features that run when you ask for them.
• Your content is not used to train Unkept's own models or third-party AI models.
• AI results can be inaccurate. Please review them before relying on them.
• When you use these features, relevant item details may be processed by a Lovable-managed AI service using Google Gemini, and by Firecrawl when you request web enrichment.

• Lovable Cloud / Supabase — app infrastructure, authentication, database, and private file storage.
• Stripe — payments and subscriptions.
• Google and Apple — sign-in.
• Lovable-managed AI / Google Gemini — requested AI capture and enrichment.
• Firecrawl — requested web-search enrichment.

Unkept uses essential authentication, security, and local-storage technologies needed to keep you signed in and to keep the app working.

It does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies or pixels.

• Active account content is retained while your account is active, unless you ask us to delete it.
• Free accounts may be deleted after one year of inactivity, without advance notice.
• When a recurring paid plan ends, your account data is retained for 30 days after the end of the paid period so you can resubscribe or request a full export by emailing info@unke.pt. Access may be limited during that period.
• If you don't resubscribe or request an export in time, the account and its content may be deleted after that 30-day window.
• Cancelling a paid plan does not convert your account into the three-item free tier.
• A timely export request preserves the data we need long enough to fulfil it.
• You can email info@unke.pt to request a copy of your data or account deletion. We handle requests within 30 days after reasonable identity verification.
• Backups may persist up to 90 days. Billing and tax records may be retained longer where required by law.

Our service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate.

We'll post revised versions of this notice with a new effective date. Where practical, we'll give 30 days' notice of material changes.
