Terms of Service

• These Terms govern your use of unkept, operated by Wired4Biz, LLC.
• Unkept is a U.S.-only service.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use it.

Unkept is personal product lifecycle management for your own stuff. It helps you organize ownership records, documents, care, repair history, useful links, and related information about the things you own.

Unkept is not insurance, appraisal, warranty administration, professional repair advice, safety advice, legal advice, or financial advice.

• You're responsible for your account and for the accuracy of the information you enter.
• Only upload content you own or have permission to use.
• Don't use Unkept for illegal, infringing, abusive, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
• Don't try to bypass plan limits, AI limits, or security controls.
• Don't reverse engineer, scrape, automatically extract data from, or otherwise interfere with the service.
• We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security concerns, non-payment, or violations of these Terms.

You keep ownership of your uploads, records, and content.

You grant Wired4Biz a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, store, process, secure, and AI-enrich your content solely to operate and improve the service you've requested for your account. We don't take a marketing or publicity license to your content.

AI-generated data, product details, manuals, care guidance, web links, and related information are suggestions only.

Please independently verify information before relying on it for repair, safety, insurance, resale, warranty, purchase, or other decisions. Third-party sites and links aren't controlled or endorsed by Wired4Biz.

• Prices are in USD: $3.99/month, $29.99/year, and $69.99 lifetime.
• Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Taxes, if applicable, are shown at checkout.
• Where you bought a plan decides who bills you and who can cancel it. Plans bought inside the iOS app are sold by Apple and charged to your Apple Account. Plans bought on the web are charged by Stripe.
• To cancel a plan bought in the iOS app, open Settings on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions. It has to be cancelled there — we cannot cancel an App Store subscription on your behalf. Turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends, or Apple renews it.
• To cancel a plan bought on the web, email info@unke.pt. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current paid billing period.
• Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple rather than by us — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We honor mandatory legal consumer rights. Otherwise, refund requests for web purchases are handled case-by-case through info@unke.pt; there are no automatic prorated refunds for partially used periods.
• Lifetime is a one-time purchase for the lifetime of the Unkept service, not your personal lifetime. It includes core app access and the same daily AI allowances as the recurring plans.
• Paid plans include up to 20 AI checks a day. That one allowance covers both the automatic check that runs when you add something and any check you ask for yourself. Free accounts get 3 a day. The allowance is counted per day, resets at midnight UTC, and does not roll over.

When a recurring paid plan ends, your account data is retained for 30 days after the end of the paid period so you can resubscribe or request a full export by emailing info@unke.pt. Access may be limited during that period.

If you don't resubscribe or request an export in time, the account and its content may be deleted after that 30-day window. Cancelling a paid plan does not convert your account into the three-item free tier. These steps are handled manually today, not automatically.

You can initiate an account-deletion request from Account in the Unkept app or email info@unke.pt to request account deletion. Requests are reviewed and handled manually after reasonable identity verification.

• Free accounts can maintain up to three items while the account is active.
• Free accounts may be deleted after one year of inactivity, without advance notice.

The Unkept name, logo, software, design, and original content are owned by Wired4Biz, LLC.

Product names, brands, model numbers, logos and images shown in Unkept belong to their respective owners. They appear to help you identify the things you own, and their use doesn’t imply affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those owners. Images found online are displayed from their original locations rather than copied onto our servers.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free records, or accurate AI or web results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wired4Biz's total liability is capped at the greater of $100 or the amount you paid to Wired4Biz in the preceding 12 months.

We'll post revised Terms in the app with a revised effective date and, where practical, give 30 days' notice of material changes.

Texas law governs these Terms, excluding conflict-of-law rules and subject to mandatory consumer protections. Courts in Dallas County, Texas have jurisdiction to the extent permitted by law.
