It helps to include what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. If it involves a particular thing in your library, its name is enough — please don't send serial numbers or receipts unless we ask.

The free plan keeps up to 3 things. Unlimited things and more daily online checks are available monthly, yearly, or as a one-time lifetime purchase.

Subscriptions bought in the iOS app are billed by Apple, so they are cancelled in the App Store, not in unkept: open Settings on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting your unkept account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Any passport can be shared straight from its own page — the whole record, including serial, warranty, care notes and links.

For everything at once, open your account and request deletion: once it is scheduled you can export your full record, with download links for your receipts, manuals and photos. Those file links are short-lived, so save them while the export is open.

You can delete your account from inside the app — account icon, then Delete account. Deletion is scheduled 14 days out, and signing in again before that date calls it off. On the date, your things, your files and the account itself are removed.
